We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Office Coordinator to become part of our dynamic surgical team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Compensation:
Starting Hourly Rate: $20-$22/hr.

Location:
Oxnard, CA

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting copays and outstanding balances
  • Coordinating patient appointments and procedures with medical staff
  • Obtaining necessary authorizations from insurance providers
  • Handling a high volume of phone inquiries and patient requests
  • Maintaining organized patient records
  • Performing other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Medical Front Office setting
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
