Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
    • Greet members and guests, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
    • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
    • Utilize the point-of-sale system to assist with new membership cards, changes of address, and billing or payment questions.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
    • Regularly clean and upkeep the facility, including mopping, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
    • Regularly clean exercise equipment and tanning beds.
    • Regularly clean restrooms and wet areas.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
    • Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
    • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification.
