Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our virtual banking operations and services as the Client Experience Manager. This role is pivotal in advancing Bank Iowa's virtual presence and offerings, overseeing all aspects of virtual banking operations, and ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Client Experience (CX) team to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operational aspects of Bank Iowa's virtual banking activities in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop client relationship strategies that drive individual and team production goals, including developing referral networks and relationships with internal business partners and external contacts.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in service performance and recommend changes to enhance the client experience, improve processes, systems, organizational capability/capacity, or implement new products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or ten years' previous experience in banking operations.
  • Extensive background in bank operating policies and procedures and banking regulations (state and federal).
  • Proven management, leadership, and coaching skills; strong customer service skills; strong attention to detail and time management skills; ability to multi-task; strong communication skills; critical thinking and exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills; and proficiency in utilizing various systems/technology, mobile devices, and virtual communication platforms.
