Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and support our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will manage the inside and outside sales team, coordinate project schedules, and act as a liaison between the team, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a dynamic team of salespeople, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing ongoing training and guidance.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage ERP systems for master orders and updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
- Gather project documentation and coordinate delivery schedules with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Process order submittals accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Support promotional initiatives and events as needed.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage sales processes and customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the construction or a related field.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
Work Environment & Flexibility:
- In-office presence is required, with the flexibility to work remotely or on the road as needed.
- Local travel is required, with 80% of the time spent within driving distance and 20% in-office.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time, exempt position.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and alcohol testing.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $200,000 annually.
