Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, resolving any late and disputed charges, and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Resolve any late and disputed charges, and ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports, including number of arrivals, departures, and identify any special requests.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
