Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests and associates during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and manage front desk operations during the overnight shift
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense statements
  • Conduct security walks and ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
