Position Title: Project/Program Manager

Job Duration: 10+ Months (Potential for Extension)

Overview:

  • This position is centered on facilitating the comprehensive delivery of the Front-to-Back strategy for Credit Risk service models, with a specific focus on lending products, ensuring alignment with the Wholesale Credit Risk (WLCR) Target State and regulatory obligations.
  • Extensive expertise in Credit Risk and syndicated loans is essential, along with a profound understanding of industry benchmarks and competitor services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic roadmaps for credit regulatory projects (WCR, SNC, etc.), working in collaboration with global stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, and Global Function teams.
  • Direct program and project execution utilizing project management best practices, including iterative and agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate and lead program and project-related discussions, ensuring thorough documentation, effective communication, and appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Oversee high-priority regulatory initiatives, from problem identification and root cause analysis to solution deployment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage both tactical and strategic planning, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and the successful execution of corrective measures.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by improving data quality, completeness, lineage, and coverage.
  • Assist in the creation of detailed user stories, requirements, data, and system flows.
  • Lead change management strategies through the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, from strategic scorecards to function-specific KPIs.
