As a Senior Credit Risk Specialist, you will use data and analytics, along with business acumen, to derive insights, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies that will drive the business. Through data-driven storytelling and translating analytical findings into actionable strategies, you will collaborate across teams to make a positive impact on the business and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for risk mitigation strategies within Credit Risk.
  • Use your business acumen and analytical experience to monitor trends, perform root cause analyses, and proactively prescribe strategies to capture opportunities to drive business results.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Contribute to credit performance, potential, or emerging risks.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex processes and projects, business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Receive direction from leaders and interact with internal customers.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated advanced data and analytical capabilities.
  • Credit policy and risk experience paired with strong analytic acumen.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative approaches leading to streamlined and efficient outcomes.
  • Experience with auto lending.
  • Knowledge of SAS and SQL.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the stated location.
