At Murtech, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing order administration for all HSS products, including creating sales orders and processing paperwork for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates sales orders and processes paperwork for new customers, including gathering necessary documents and coordinating with sales account reps.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and provides support for hardware, software, and professional services orders.
  • Coordinates with finance to ensure accurate data entry for opportunities and customer order updates.
  • Assists with customer service and provides support for warranty services and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrates proficiency in HSS software and hardware, as well as standard concepts and practices of the K-12 school food service industry.
  • Acquires working knowledge of USDA regulations and customer service principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of computers, general networking concepts, and software applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Education/Experience:
  • An Associate's Degree in a related field and/or three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
