Job Title: Sr Sales Strategy, Operations, and Planning Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Sales Strategy, Operations, and Planning Analyst to join our team at Paychex. The successful candidate will provide support and analysis to Sales leaders to drive strategic initiatives, working closely with Sales and Finance Vice Presidents to create modeling for business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate sales data, including development of concise data summaries, and propose solutions to affect sales organization policies and practices.
  • Review current processes and develop systems and procedures to improve operating quality, productivity, and efficiency of the Corporate Sales Support Team.
  • Manage the collection, reporting, and analysis of data related to all areas of Sales to make recommendations to Sales management.
  • Develop tools for the sales organization to enhance project rollouts and internal use to verify proposed business concepts.
  • Supervise the Sales Reporting Analyst, monitor staff and workflow, and ensure deadlines and accuracy requirements are met.
  • Recruit, select, hire, and evaluate personnel to ensure department needs are handled appropriately, and counsel and develop staff for personal and corporate advancement.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 1 year of experience in a Leadership role
  • Effective leadership skills

Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $66,990 - $105,270. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
