Dollar Bank is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Leadership Development Program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to prepare candidates for a leadership role as an Assistant Branch Manager in our retail banking division.

Program Overview

The Leadership Development Program is a 6-18 month training program that allows participants to develop at their own pace while shaping their future in the banking industry. Through our hands-on learning environment, participants will learn how to develop a successful team, maintain personal sales goals, and build a motivated sales and service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain personal sales goals and performance metrics
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and service team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry
  • Supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Ability to travel as needed for training
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
