Program OverviewThe Leadership Development Program is a 6-18 month training program that allows participants to develop at their own pace while shaping their future in the banking industry. Through our hands-on learning environment, participants will learn how to develop a successful team, maintain personal sales goals, and build a motivated sales and service team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain personal sales goals and performance metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and service team
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in financial services or retail industry

- Ability to travel as needed for training
- Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
