Education and Experience:

This position requires a minimum of a Master's degree or higher in a technical or business discipline and 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A strong technical background in an engineering discipline, business and/or technology licensing experience, and working knowledge of intellectual property protection strategies are desirable.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, good negotiation skills, the ability to interpret and manage numerous complex agreements, the ability to manage and coordinate multiple and diverse projects simultaneously through to completion, be highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team environment, and have the ability to establish priorities.
