Key Responsibilities- Collaboration: Leverage prior experiences to develop and recommend solutions, effectively develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams, and collaborate with appropriate team members to gather input and feedback concerning business needs.
- Continuous Improvements & Controls: Participate in the continuous improvement of FBS processes by developing scalable solutions, ensure appropriate processes and job-specific requirements are properly documented, and work closely with compliance and controls teams as needed.
- Operational Duties & Oversight: Coordinate execution by a small team of required tasks related to the delivery of the P2P tower, collaborate effectively with other teams in organizing key hand-offs between teams, as needed, and work on building and proposing solutions for internal or external customers.
- People Management & Team Leadership: Provide guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts, evaluate execution and contribution, and support timely feedback to the analysts regarding performance, execution, and contribution.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
- Experience with data analytics / data visualization.
- Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired.
