Key Responsibilities- Design and Present Technical Solutions
Design and present technical solutions with all data ingestion, transformation, and scheduling to review and sign-off with the client.
Analyze Customer Use CasesAnalyze customer use cases and available data to prepare for automated and ongoing data ingestion to meet customer requirements.
Ensure Agreement of RequirementsEnsure agreement of requirements, Merkle policies, and industry best practices.
Create Solution Design OptionsCreate solution design options based on requirements and the standards, patterns, and procedures of the client.
Architect Data FeedsArchitect data feeds, design platform configurations, and components needed to run complex automated campaigns.
Complete Detailed Solution Design DocumentationComplete detailed solution design documentation, including input into the client's standard reference models.
Identify CDP EnhancementsIdentify CDP enhancements, extending frameworks, and incorporating new ideas.
Create Necessary WorkflowsCreate necessary workflows to extract data, transform the data, and load the data into CDP.
Data Transformation and ETLPerform data transformation and ETL through custom development and automated solutions.
Data IngestionPerform data ingestion through custom development to meet client requirements.
Streaming and Batch IngestionArchitect and develop ongoing solutions to ingest customer data in real-time using streaming technology and automate batch ingestion for AEP customers.
Deploy Final SolutionDeploy the final solution to a production environment or client end-state environment.
Identify and Resolve IssuesIdentify and resolve issues related to overall platform performance from data ingestion to data distribution.
Identify and Create Internal SystemsIdentify, create, and enhance internal systems and services based on recurring client requests and evolving industry standards.
Post-Deployment MaintenanceProvide ongoing maintenance and support of the solution and knowledge transfer to appointed teams.
Qualifications- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA.
Agency or Consulting ExperienceExperience working in an agency or consulting company across multiple industries.
Market Trends and Industry KnowledgeKeeps current on market trends and ever-shifting industry.
Collaboration and LeadershipSuccessful experience collaborating on large, complex deals and leading teams.
