The Store Operations Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of a retail outlet. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective management and delegation of both store and operational responsibilities.

Compensation includes commission and bonuses on top of the base salary. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, inspire, mentor, and train a high-performing team.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to maximize the sales potential of all team members.
  • Optimize scheduling to positively influence sales outcomes.
  • Establish clear performance expectations for all team members.
  • Build a cohesive team that collaborates effectively to meet store needs.

Brand Representation and Standards

  • Make informed, data-driven decisions to maintain a well-stocked and relevant product assortment.
  • Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance business performance.
  • Create and sustain a shopping environment focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain a consistent emphasis on providing an engaging shopping atmosphere.
  • Execute company sales strategies effectively.

Operational Management

  • Oversee all inventory management processes.
  • Supervise and control all variable expenses.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
  • Address and resolve all maintenance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Integrate loss prevention best practices into daily operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Genuine interest in engaging with a diverse clientele, particularly in the apparel and adult novelty sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Solid business understanding, including retail mathematics and P&L accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
