Role Summary:
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members, ensuring a diverse workforce.
- Manage daily operations of the front-end, including cash handling and customer service excellence.

- Accountable for scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and monitoring associate performance.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail, with prior management experience required.

- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
