Job Summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide virtual behavioral health services to patients facing challenges associated with substance use disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based treatments and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for new patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide virtual individual and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavioral health and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
  • Fully licensed with one or more of the following: LCSW, LPC, or LMHC in the state of New Jersey; LCSW or LMHC in the state of Washington; LICSW, LADC1, or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts
  • Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
