  • Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration law and regulations, applying this knowledge to address client scenarios.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, exploring new business initiatives and growth avenues.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, proposals, and pitches, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities, promoting Fragomen's services and expertise.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • U.S. JD or LLM required
  • Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
  • 5-7 years of experience at Associate level
  • Strong experience handling NIV and PERM cases
  • Ability to handle a high volume of clients within financial or professional services
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
  • Prior team management experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to exceptional client service
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
