Job Title: Virtual Immigration Paralegal

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Immigration Paralegal to join our team at Equivity. As a Virtual Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the field of immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support in Business Immigration, including EB1, EB2, P1, P2, and O1 visas
  • Utilize immigration software such as DocketWise to manage cases and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless case management
  • Work independently with significant autonomy to manage cases and meet deadlines
  • Be responsible for maintaining timely communication with clients between 9am - 6pm with a close responsiveness commitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of recent experience working as an immigration paralegal, preferably handling humanitarian and family-based matters
  • Expert proficiency utilizing all programs with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Experience with immigration software such as DocketWise
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle management of cases and meet deadlines
  • Availability to respond to requests within an hour during the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday
