About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Immigration Specialist to join our team at Tiro Partners Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing client intake, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our attorneys in delivering top-tier immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries professionally and enthusiastically. Conduct initial client consultations to educate them on the U.S. immigration system and assess their eligibility for various visa types.
  • Client Intake and Document Management: Gather and organize client documents according to company checklists to ensure a smooth application process. Maintain detailed notes and records in the firm's intake system to ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work closely with our seasoned attorneys to assist in case analysis, drafting letters, and client communication. Contribute to continuously improving our client intake and service delivery processes by proposing new ideas and implementing best practices.
  • Market Knowledge and Strategy: Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in immigration law to assist clients better and support the attorneys. Assist in identifying potential areas for client growth and service expansion within the firm.
Requirements
  • Immigration Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law is mandatory. This role is not for you if you don't have this experience.
  • Client Service Excellence: Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and put clients at ease.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated, driven individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to gather comprehensive case information.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using office software like Google Docs and Google Sheets.
