Job Overview

My Visa Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our immigration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and attorneys in navigating the complexities of immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in gathering necessary documents and information for their immigration cases
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and submit immigration applications and petitions
  • Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attorneys
  • Prepare and draft immigration-related documents, including contracts and statements
  • Manage and track the status of immigration applications and petitions
  • Compile and summarize data for reporting and analysis purposes

Requirements:

  • LLM, JD, or legal-related degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or a similar role
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  • Customer service-oriented communication skills
