Responsibilities:
- Bar Setup and Maintenance: Set up and break down the bar, including securing liquor and properly storing fruit and juices.
- Cocktail Preparation: Efficiently accept drink orders from guests and servers, preparing cocktails to our Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
- Check Handling and Cash Management: Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Complete all opening and closing duties, including cleaning floors and trashcans and steaming them when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of soda, juices, and beer, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
