- Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries and completing product returns, order voids, and customer refunds.
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers and patients to ensure a positive experience.
- Lead a team of retail associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Assist with and coach team members on the warehouse and vendor ordering process, including opening the back door for vendor deliveries.
- Responsible for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors and price verifications.
- Assist manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions and assisting in reverse logistics.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper signage is displayed at the store to support accurate pricing of products.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports and bill payments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store condition.
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
