About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department, ensuring superior quality and consistency in our outlet food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the day-to-day operation of a high-volume, high-pace signature restaurant
  • Support and contribute to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet, leading the creative process
  • Develop and maintain a strong guest approach, ensuring exceptional dining experiences
  • Lead and train a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, F&B Director, and Executive Chef to drive quality and financial results
  • Promote Hawaiian culture and local community involvement, supporting local fishermen and farmers
  • Previous high-volume restaurant experience required
