Job Overview

Infra-Rec is seeking an experienced Electrical Industrial Project Manager to lead our electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
    • Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and control project risks throughout the execution phase.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Conduct quality inspections and reviews to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Client Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively.
    • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Budget and Cost Control
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
    • Control costs and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as progress reports, change orders, and contracts.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
