About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial projects division. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in managing projects ranging from $100K to $10 million, including both new builds and renovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management software, preferably Procore, to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, scope narratives, and civil/geotechnical reports effectively.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of RFIs, submittals, and other essential construction documents.
  • Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
  • Provide estimating support when necessary, contributing to the overall project budget.
Qualifications
