Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with current owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Pitch the value of our VIP owner program and upgrade current owner accounts
  • Provide expert knowledge of our product and analyze current owner's vacation package
  • Closing deals by utilizing effective closing techniques, with an average transaction value of $30-35K
  • Attend regular sales meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment
  • Proven ability to handle objections and rejection, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Commission-driven and money-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with a College Degree in a related field preferred
