We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Associate to join our team at New England Dermatology & Laser Center.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate a positive patient experience by ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information.
- Support clinical teams by maintaining up-to-date patient records and databases.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments within established guidelines.
- Document medical questions and concerns for disposition by medical professionals.
- Manage daily receipts and balance cash handling responsibilities.
- Perform various clerical duties and tasks as needed.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. The regular work location will be varied between our offices based on staffing and provider needs.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office software.
