About the Role

Robbins House LLC is seeking a Clinical Services Specialist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to our vulnerable populations.

Compensation Package:

This full-time position comes with an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize your expertise to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
  2. Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients and other professionals to create tailored treatment strategies that address their unique needs.
  3. Foster Effective Communication: Establish strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues through clear, compassionate communication.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid Ohio license (PC, PCC, LSW, LISW) and relevant certifications.
  • Experience and Education: Bring prior experience in mental health counseling or related fields, as well as specialized training in trauma.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
