Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to assist our medical staff with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties efficiently, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Clinical Tasks: Perform routine clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance companies, patients, and medical staff regarding billing, appointments, and test results.
  • Patient Flow: Coordinate patient flow, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to departure.
  • Procedure Assistance: Provide support during OB/Gyn procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, with a focus on medical assisting.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
