Salary: $120,000 per year

Job Description:
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist oversees the daily operations within the inpatient department to ensure the safe and appropriate processing and delivery of medications to patients. This role involves reviewing and verifying medication orders, completing the final check for medication dispensing, and monitoring patient drug therapies. The specialist provides drug information and promotes medication safety while supporting and supervising pharmacy technicians. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, the specialist may assume essential responsibilities and perform duties of the pharmacy manager. This role complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration, along with other regulatory agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree required
* Rph Ohio - Registered pharmacist - Ohio State Board of Pharmacy certification
