Position Summary:

We are in search of a professional who can swiftly contribute to our operations. Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital ad serving, measurement, and relevant technologies. Additionally, experience in data analysis, Ad Servers, and Tag Management Tools is essential. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating KPIs and providing planning support based on historical performance data.
  • Offering guidance on campaign setup, including naming conventions and tagging.
  • Serving as the escalation point for internal technology inquiries and issues.
  • Identifying efficiencies through data structuring to enhance communication for planning and analytics.
  • Collaborating with offshore trafficking and analyst teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Establishing and refining processes and training standards for operational teams.
  • Centralizing processes and technologies in collaboration with global leads.
  • Engaging proactively with partners and the industry to advance ad operations solutions based on client needs.
  • Working alongside media and analytics teams to develop and implement data management and reporting solutions.
  • Creating and enforcing standardized nomenclature for data management across the organization.
  • Coordinating with analytics teams to facilitate data integration from various sources into outsourced tools.
  • Identifying and collaborating with data and technology solution providers to enhance reporting effectiveness.
  • Supporting the scaling of analytics dashboards and data management platforms across client teams.
  • Overseeing the deployment of digital technology solutions that meet client and organizational requirements.
  • Ensuring teams utilize current tools effectively through training and adherence to best practices.
  • Evaluating technology solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement or new tool development.
  • Partnering with Digital Directors to deliver optimal products across various digital channels.
  • Representing agency needs internally and externally to align with current and future client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with trafficking systems, tagging tools, and data reporting functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and tables, is essential.
  • Experience with standard ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager is required.
  • Tagging experience is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Google CM Floodlight implementation QA and troubleshooting is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quality check work for data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities in both operational and strategic contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate within a dynamic digital planning team.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with technology and research partners.
  • Quick learner with new processes and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic SQL skills for data management are a plus.
