Key Responsibilities:

• Apply specialized knowledge and software proficiency in audit to create, proof, edit, and correct documents, memos, and letters for Partners and associates.

• Provide administrative support to the audit service line, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Monitor and contribute to the national pool of administrative attest assignments, producing high-quality work following guidelines and firm standards.

• Schedule conference rooms and handle hospitality arrangements, as well as train associates on software in audit or other admin functions.

• Contribute to special projects and assist other administrative staff with overflow work as needed.

Qualifications:

• Three+ years of job-related experience with a high school education, or less than three years of job-related experience with an Associate Degree.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in a professional services work environment, including experience training and work delegation.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines with great attention to detail.
