We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at SouthEnd Exteriors. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining associated records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable: Process invoices and credits, record and invoice credit and cash received, and prepare bank deposits.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare vendor payables and enter and process purchase orders.
  • Credit and Collections: Check credit applications, respond to credit reference calls, and provide customers with account information.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support by filing, sorting, and opening mail.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience required.
  • Skills: Proficient in using a calculator and CRT, experience with computerized accounts receivable systems, good oral communication and telephone skills, and basic accounting principles.
