As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior-Level Healthcare Construction Project Manager to become a vital part of our team.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently. This position demands a high level of expertise in project management and construction methodologies, as well as the ability to operate independently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed successfully, deadlines are met, and client expectations are surpassed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the complete construction project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Create project plans and timelines, establishing project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and resource needs, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including monitoring costs, tracking expenditures, and identifying potential savings.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to set project expectations and provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Supervise the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project design and construction align with objectives.
  • Address any conflicts or issues that arise during projects, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
  • Guarantee projects are completed to client satisfaction and handed over efficiently.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process, including relevant laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make decisive decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Experience with AHCA is a plus but not required.
