Position Summary:

As a Senior-Level Project Manager, you will oversee and manage several construction projects concurrently. This critical role demands extensive expertise in project management and construction methodologies, as well as the ability to operate independently. You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are executed successfully, adhering to timelines and surpassing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the complete construction project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Create detailed project plans and schedules, including defining project objectives, identifying tasks and resource needs, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the project, including budget management, cost monitoring, and identifying potential savings.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to set project expectations and provide consistent updates on progress and challenges.
  • Supervise the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track project progress and implement adjustments as needed to maintain schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including building codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs align with objectives.
  • Address any conflicts or issues that arise during projects, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
  • Guarantee that projects meet client satisfaction and are delivered efficiently.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction process, including relevant laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisive choices under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Experience with AHCA is advantageous but not mandatory.
