Your Role

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to enhance our logistics operations. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, last-mile delivery, and transportation processes. You will be responsible for scrutinizing extensive datasets, uncovering trends, and delivering actionable insights to optimize our logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce comprehensive reports and maintain high-quality datasets through creation, updates, and deletions.
  • Employ statistical tools to discern, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends within complex data sets.
  • Verify delivery timelines, monitor estimated arrival times, and follow up on delivery status changes.
  • Design workflows and tools that automate data loading processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with audit requests related to both internal and external evaluations.
  • Gather, cleanse, and analyze data pertinent to supply chain, last-mile delivery, and transportation operations.
  • Create and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement and propose corrective measures.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and supply chain management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Data Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the supply chain, logistics, or transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
