Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, particularly within the realms of supply chain management, last-mile delivery, and transportation operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating comprehensive reports and maintaining high-quality datasets through creation, updates, and deletions.
  • Utilizing statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends within complex datasets.
  • Monitoring delivery timelines, tracking estimated arrival dates, and following up on any changes in delivery status.
  • Designing workflows and tools to automate data loading processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Assisting with audit requests related to both internal and external audits.
  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data pertinent to supply chain, last-mile delivery, and transportation operations.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Conducting root cause analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Employing statistical methods and data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making necessary adjustments.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and supply chain management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Management, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the supply chain, logistics, or transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
