Overview:
Natera Inc., a pioneering organization in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, is on the lookout for a committed Supply Chain Analyst. This position is essential for overseeing and enhancing the fulfillment process of our kits, analyzing trends, and managing volumes while addressing any exceptions that arise.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be instrumental in minimizing waste, achieving cost efficiencies, and ensuring seamless operations in the production and distribution of kits.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct regular and on-demand reports to monitor kit shipment volumes, trends, and exceptions.
Examine data to uncover patterns and deliver actionable insights.
Resolve issues related to undelivered orders by collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

Optimization & Improvement:
Spot opportunities to enhance kit production and minimize waste.
Develop and implement strategies to boost the efficiency and accuracy of kit fulfillment processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Engage closely with the supply chain team and work in tandem with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure alignment and tackle any fulfillment challenges.

Assist internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Quality teams, by addressing kit production concerns and providing timely updates.


Operational Support:
Support the procurement of collection kits.

This includes monitoring, generating, and submitting purchase orders based on forecasts and sales history, while also maintaining inventory levels and materials.

Coordinate planning and scheduling for kit production, which encompasses material resource planning and allocation, along with work order creation and management.

Ensure that all fulfillment activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or organizations, ideally within a logistics or supply chain context.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or on weekends as required.
