EisnerAmper LLP is in search of a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter to enhance our expanding National Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on attracting and securing exceptional talent for our internship and entry-level programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with candidates, university career centers, student organizations, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise recruitment strategies aimed at achieving hiring objectives at designated institutions and within specific markets.
  • Represent the firm at career fairs, on-campus interview days, virtual and in-person recruiting events, and networking gatherings.
  • Support our internship, leadership, and DEI initiatives by developing program content, coordinating event logistics, and managing communications.
  • Oversee the candidate and interview experience, including communications, interview arrangements, debriefing sessions, offer letter generation, and onboarding processes.
  • Employ an analytical mindset by utilizing data and trends to guide recruitment decisions and strategic approaches.
  • Maintain innovative candidate communications throughout the year through consistent engagement and educational resources.
  • Execute various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in campus recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A positive and determined demeanor with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong event planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Workday, Beamery, and Handshake is advantageous.
