Title: Senior Financial Executive

Salary: $275-400k Bonus Equity

Job Description: We are in search of a Senior Financial Executive, a crucial player in steering our medical device client's upcoming growth trajectory, which includes capital acquisition, IPO readiness, and strategic financial planning. This individual will be instrumental in defining the financial direction of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's growth ambitions.
  • Capital Acquisition and Investment Oversight: Lead initiatives to secure additional funding and manage investments, ensuring optimal financial stability and sustainability.
  • IPO Readiness: Drive the preparation process for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO), encompassing regulatory compliance, financial structuring, and market positioning.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify and execute growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Supervise financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders, effectively communicating financial status and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of experience in finance strategy within the medical device sector.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, capital acquisition, and IPO readiness.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
