**Job Title:** Corporate Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Compliance Management International (CMI). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing key accounts nationally.
This is a full-time position that requires a proactive sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals and managing long-term client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfillment for clients.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up on leads from internal and external sources.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and stay informed on industry trends and client needs.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with national or large accounts.
- Experience selling to the commercial construction, safety services, or related industries.
- Proven ability to network, build relationships, and present to potential clients.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities.
