Aircraft Maintenance Lead with Excellent Leadership Skills

**Your Contributions**
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft. Your tasks will include:
1. Troubleshooting and repairing complex aircraft systems
2. Performing and documenting all work according to relevant manuals and regulations
3. Operating ground support equipment as required
4. Collaborating with other maintenance disciplines to ensure seamless operations
5. Participating in 5-S activities to maintain a safe working environment
6. Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve team performance
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will typically have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial jet maintenance
- 1 year of experience working with Bombardier aircraft models
- Engine Run & Taxi qualification on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligibility
- Strong leadership and planning/organization skills
- Familiarity with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft models
**Estimated Salary**: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
