The Staffing Resource Group Inc is seeking a skilled Aircraft Interiors Technician to join our team. This role requires a high level of expertise in aircraft interior fabrication, installation, and refurbishment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual with 3-5 years of experience in aircraft interiors removal and installation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to break down cabinets, remove hardware, and apply stains and paints on new veneers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings per work order or customer request
  • Perform and document all work per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
  • Adhere to Company General Work Requirements
  • Comply with environmental health & safety policies & procedures
  • Participate in 5-S activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in aircraft interiors removal and installation
  • Demonstrated ability to strip finish utilizing heat and scraper
  • Prior experience with sanding and prepping raw veneer and hardwood for finish
  • Demonstrated ability to mix, match, and apply stains and paints on new veneers
  • Prior experience with Aircraft touch up
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
Working Conditions

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
