Job Title: Kitchen and Bath Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Olathe Shawnee. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the sales process, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management and Initial Contact: Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from scheduled customers and leads, call all leads that come into KTU through our app, and follow the 3-question process to determine if the prospect is ready for a consultation.
  • Sales Consultation: Complete the Sales Consultant Call (SC) within 24 hours after all appointments are scheduled, confirm project timing, scope, and budget, and attend all client meetings required to complete the sale.
  • Financial Discussions: Review and present KTU financing options for all opportunities, including cash, 12 months same as cash, and finance plans with monthly payment amounts.
  • Documentation and Contract Management: Prepare and complete all contract documents, discuss project timeline checklists, and post-sale activities.
