Our Wealth Management Advisors for Private Clients engage in comprehensive assessments to gain insight into a client's immediate and future objectives, subsequently crafting a customized financial strategy that aligns with those goals.

The Wealth Management Advisor operates within a branch environment, thriving in a collaborative culture that prioritizes client welfare alongside the personal and professional development of team members. Advisors collaborate closely with various business associates and influential networks to identify and seize potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Establishing a high-caliber wealth management practice that delivers personalized financial strategies.
  • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with key partners to enhance client introductions and engagement.
  • Conducting proactive outreach to clients and prospects to promote Citizens' Wealth Management services.
  • Expanding existing relationships through referrals from partners.
  • Customizing wealth management plans to address specific client requirements.
  • Leveraging the expertise of internal stakeholders and specialists to provide a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and Other Professional Credentials:
  • Active and valid Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) licenses.
  • A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Proven success in business development and managing a client portfolio.
  • Experience in a team-oriented banking environment.
  • Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation Transparency:

This role operates on a commission basis. Historically, individuals in this position have earned between $105,000 and $250,000 annually, contingent upon performance and productivity against commission benchmarks.
