- Insurance Licenses: Possess a valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license or obtain one within 60 days of starting the role.
- Financial Services Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
- New Business Development: Demonstrate a proven track record in new business development and client book management.
- Team-Oriented Environment: Proven experience working in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
- High-Net-Worth Experience: Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
- Dynamic Environment: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Commissioned-based role with a competitive compensation package. Individuals in this role have historically earned between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
