Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and direction as needed within the organization.
- Deliver essential logistics services to a key client, addressing issues related to product packaging and inventory accuracy.
Core Duties:
- Plan, schedule, and execute compliant domestic and international shipments of natural uranium hexafluoride.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for the aforementioned shipments.
- Develop and maintain transportation schedules.
- Organize inbound shipment planning and scheduling into the conversion facility.
- Oversee the receipt of new equipment and conduct associated inspections.
- Maintain precise inventory records of finished products and logistics equipment.
- Actively engage in cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of transactional data to regulatory agencies.
- Review production records daily, validating and correcting data entry as necessary.
- Participate in the maintenance and testing of the inventory and shipping database (SAP).
- Ensure all operational tasks comply with the Quality Management System processes and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a logistics-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Planning, or a related field.
- Training in SAP, CargoWise, and relevant transportation regulations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in inventory management and planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for hazardous materials transportation.
- Knowledge of handling radioactive materials, potentially gained through on-the-job training.
- Experience in the safe and efficient transport of radioactive materials and related commodities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check for site access.
