Job Summary:

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their banking needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Promote banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment products.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in sales programs and initiatives, meeting sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
