Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Living Spaces. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Greet and engage guests on the sales floor, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash office.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations supervisor and other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve guest issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company standards and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
